The operating system for the whole job
Not a checklist someone has to remember. A system with a record of every measurement, photo, note, and signature.
Atomic conversion from quote to project
A signed quote becomes a project in one step, with order rollups built from the quote lines. Nothing is half-created and nothing has to be re-keyed.
Measure packet with a canonical schema
Every measure captures the same fields the same way. Cut-sheet takeoff comes out of it, and the crew signs off on a device before they leave the driveway.
Change orders and cancellation, done properly
A change order has a full lifecycle, from proposed to signed to applied. Cancellation is atomic, so a cancelled job never leaves orphaned orders or tasks behind.
One immutable media library
Measure photos, opening photos, note attachments, and documents all land in the job’s media library. Video uploads resume if the connection drops on site.
Field voice notes, transcribed
An installer talks into the phone at the opening. The note is transcribed automatically and attached to the job, searchable by the office the same afternoon.
Closeout and rescission handling
Punch list, final signoff, and the rescission window are stages, not sticky notes. A job is Closed only when the system says every gate has cleared.
